Product Introduction

High Material Compatibility
The DLP Ceramic 3D Printer for Laboratory is designed to handle a wide range of high-viscosity and paste-like ceramic slurries, making it ideal for advanced research and new material development. Verified materials include high-solid-content Al₂O₃, ZrO₂, SiC, piezoelectric ceramics such as BaTiO₃ and Pb(ZrTi)O₃, as well as HAP and TCP. The printer also supports self-developed ceramic materials, ensuring flexibility and versatility for various laboratory applications.

Saving Printing Materials
The DLP Ceramic 3D Printer features a dual-cylinder hopper structure with a one-feed-one-receive design. This innovative setup allows for flexible material feeding based on the model height, requiring as little as 80 mL to start printing. This significantly reduces material usage and development costs, making it an efficient choice for laboratory applications.

High Printing Accuracy
The DLP Ceramic 3D Printer features a high-precision UV light engine with an optical distortion of ≤ 0.1% and a wavelength of 405 nm. The vertically adjustable light engine achieves an optical precision up to 25 μm. Its top-mounted design ensures clear and sharp images by preventing blurriness caused by light passing through the release film and support glass.
