High-Precision 3D Printing of Silicon Nitride U-Shaped Channels Using ADT-3D-ZP Series

Silicon Nitride (Si3N4) is a high-performance ceramic known for its exceptional hardness, strength, thermal stability, low density, and excellent thermal conductivity and electrical insulation. These characteristics make it a preferred material in industries such as aerospace, automotive, electronics & semiconductors, and medical devices.

However, silicon nitride is notoriously difficult to process using traditional machining. Adventuretech’s ceramic 3D printing technology provides a breakthrough solution for manufacturing complex Si3N4 geometries, such as U-shaped channels.

📌 Project Overview: Silicon Nitride U-Channel Printing

Our team used the ADT-3D-ZP Printer Series to successfully print a U-shaped silicon nitride channel with high precision and structural complexity.
