Alumina (Al₂O₃) is a material with excellent wear resistance, high-temperature resistance, and electrical insulation properties, widely used in precision components, electronic elements, and high-load environments. However, due to its high melting point and brittleness, traditional sintering methods struggle to manufacture complex shapes. Photocuring 3D printing provides a new way for the production of alumina ceramics, constructing complex structures layer by layer, but challenges remain in particle packing density and control of the sintering process.
Recently, our company used a DLP desktop peristaltic ceramic 3D printing device to print and sinter alumina ceramic crafts. Our company has globally leading printing speed and precision, suitable for producing high-precision ceramic components, and can also be used for the manufacturing of fine models and parts in material and structural research in universities, aerospace, medical, and industrial applications.
