Aluminium oxide (Alâ‚‚ O)Ceramic materials are very prone to cracking during the fine 3D printing process. This is due to its own brittleness. If the temperature, humidity and material fluidity are not effectively controlled during the molding process, cracks will appear, resulting in printing failure. Especially when printing large sizes and complex structures, the risk of cracking is higher, so traditional processing methods are difficult to manufacture ceramic parts with complex shapes and fine structures.
Recently, our company uses independent research and development of ceramic 3D printing equipment, the alumina ceramic material layer by layer, and then through high temperature sintering to achieve the desired performance. Successfully printed and sintered outGradient G-surface structure with complex structure and high precision.
