Project case studies of 3D printing with zirconia ceramics
Shenzhen AdventureTech has launched a breakthrough light-curing sinking ceramic 3D printing device – the ADT-3D-ZP-DLP-Prprinter PRO series devices print zirconia ceramics with a size of 130mm×75mm×75mm. It only takes 1 hour and 37 minutes to complete the printing. In addition, the maximum printing size of this series can reach 288mm×162mm×120mm, meeting the extensive demands of large-sized ceramic 3D printing. It also has the advantage of unlimited sample size within the printing range, which can be applied in various scenarios and meet the printing needs from laboratory research and development to industrial production.

At the request of the customer, the following is a case of our company using our self-developed ceramic 3D printing equipment to print a large-format full micro-pore matrix of zirconia.
