The high strength and wear resistance of zirconia (ZrO₂), combined with the high precision of 3D printing, make it particularly suitable for dental restorations. Zirconia dental restorations offer excellent biocompatibility, corrosion resistance, and minimal risk of allergic reactions. Additionally, their color closely matches that of natural teeth, providing an aesthetically pleasing result. With ceramic 3D printing technology, personalized customization can be achieved, ensuring a perfect fit between the dental restoration and the patient’s oral structure. Compared to traditional methods, light-cured ceramic 3D printing significantly increases production efficiency, shortens the manufacturing cycle, and reduces material waste.
In this case, we present a sample of dental inner crowns produced using our industrial-grade light-cured DLP ceramic 3D printer. This printing device features a large build volume (144×81×120 mm), high efficiency (600 layers of alumina per hour), high precision (75 μm), and high material utilization (peristaltic filtration feeding), meeting the demands of industrial applications.
This time we used the (ADT-3D-ZP-Priner-Pro-144-75) printing equipment independently developed by Adventure Technology .
