Alumina 3D Printing: Printing and Sintering Large-Sized G-Shaped Objects
Alumina 3D Printing: Application Results
AdventureTech successfully printed an alumina G-shaped object with dimensions of 269.3x160x9.7mm and sintered it to a size of 228x135x8mm. Ceramic materials are very prone to cracking during the fine 3D printing process. This is due to their inherent brittleness; if temperature, humidity, and material flow are not effectively controlled during the molding process, cracks will appear, leading to printing failure. The risk of cracking is even higher when printing large-sized and complex structures, making it difficult for traditional processing methods to manufacture ceramic parts with complex shapes and fine structures.

AdventureTech successfully solved this problem through advanced 3D printing technology. Using advanced additive manufacturing technology, ceramic materials are layered and molded, and then sintered at high temperatures to achieve ideal performance. The successful printing and sintering of a 228*135*8mm alumina G-shaped object, which is not only large in size but also complex in structure and high in precision, fully demonstrates AdventureTech’s leading position in the field of ceramic 3D printing.
